6th weekend

Easter Weekend .Not many pics - sometimes its hard to remember to take pics of the progress . Ill get some pics of the progress soon.Did little on sunday  just cut the handlebars. monday. The Welder built the steering (arms)and I worked on the wiring harness and its passage. Next thing will be to make the tierod.Heres  some pics of RC wackiness that I just built out of spare parts . And a pic of the doggy.

5th weekend 3rd day

touched up the welds with an angle grinder and knocked off the spatter with a sanding wheel . a quick coat of black auto primer.

5th weekend 2nd day

frame is complete.all welds are done top and bottom. next thing is touch up some stuff with the angle grinder and primer paint .

5th weekend 1st day

front one was pretty tricky to make - I could not have made this as well as the Welder did

Some people would call it sculpture

I stripped the frame preparing it for the brace to be welded

done - the rear bracing  will happen  the next time

Doing the numbers and a clamp snapped - I thought somebody threw something at me
