Trying to imagine a body

Vivre la France

In my research I found that most Microcars in history seem to be made in France . Also my stats tracking for this blog shows that I get a lot of hits from France. WooooHooo Vivre la France! It was pictures of a car called an Ardex that gave me the courage to go ahead and build my Sport . heres some pics

I also recommend this site---- microcarmuseum.com -  the name speaks for itself. Some day I would like to visit this place in person. That site has a virtual tour - I was fascinated for hours.

X-cargo Sport 20

Minibike Spree 50

finally fixed that spree 50 for last time. I learned about wheel alignment on this thing the first few times i put it together. I finally got it right and then I  took it apart to use the motor on a a motorized bike but gave up on that project mid way and had to slap this back together (badly). the top is the current and last version. I did all that work and now im not getting spark (sad). so  stick it in a corner and come back to it sometime. In the bottom pic in between the Sport and the Spree is the next project------- a shortened street legal CH80 with all the bodywork intact and blended into a pod thing. Im going to paint it to match my van and look like a shuttlepod . wooohoooo. It hit me that I could photoshop something like what im talking about . so that is the top photo. Thank you  to whoever I got the original image from.

Dad Drives the Sport

I had a friend drive the Sport earlier in the day. He did it fine with just a few instructions. Later the same day my 70 year old dad was also able to drive it with the same few instructions. The thing about it is that if your used to a motorcycle its the exact opposite of steering and it will scare the hell out you when you crank on the handlebars and the whole thing leans rolls and turns the opposite way from what your used to. its easy to adjust to the way it steers. Got video too . I will post links to the videos as soon as they are up

The Sport

brake light works, turn signals work. Have about 10 miles of driving on street so far no problems. handles way better than I thought it ever would . Move over Moonbeam make way for the Sport. That's it I'm naming it the Sport after the the area 51 captured ufo called "Sport Model"
